48-Hour Replacement Policy:

If the product you received from HDU Healthcare is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, we offer a free replacement within 48 hours of delivery. We may request additional information or evidence of the issue before proceeding with the replacement.

In the case of damage, we kindly request that you provide an unboxing video as evidence to confirm that the product was damaged. The unboxing video should clearly show the condition of the outer packaging and the product itself. This step helps us ensure a fair resolution and expedite the replacement process.

Cancellation Policy:

Once the product has been dispatched from our warehouse, cancellation is not allowed. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible before the product is dispatched.
